Allergen Management

Our G1 site primarily controls the allergen sector of our business.

We control a multitude of allergen components including nuts and have experience of many aspects of allergen control and segregated storage and production areas. G1 has been able to flex over the last couple of years creating both allergen and non allergen clean room facilities and segregated storage areas to deal with the complexity of allergen ingredients.

As a business we complete allergen testing both on site and verification of this through external labs.

To date we have 100% pass rate on allergen testing and strive to maintain this excellent record constantly auditing and updating our procedures in line with current legislation and manufacturing guidelines.

We are 100% confident we have the controls in place to confidently manage any aspect of allergen/ allergen free production and co manufacturing.
