We have a number of clean room facilities handling a range of products from nut trace cereal blending to nut free bagging areas.

We have created clean room facilities for all aspects allergen/non allergen/temp and humidity control for all pack concepts bagging/ flow wrapping / cartoning / pot fill.

Current projects include installing a pouch bagging system which is currently producing seasonal assortment products across various sku’s.

A clean room facility incorporating cereal blending and pot fill line producing health portion pack cereal pots inclusive of allergen ingredient control.

We have relocated some of the bagging and pouch bagging clean room’s to improve flow of the site creating five clean room pods handling a range of pouches (allergen and allergen free) along with bagging pods doing a range of different bagging options all through multihead weighing systems.
